This property was filthy, noisy and uncomfortable. They had no amenities as advertised. The Wifi was down and we couldn’t access any internet, it took many calls to the service desk where they either didn’t answer or just put us on hold until we lost connection, then finally when we went into the front office, they sent someone over only to tell us he couldn’t do anything. We spent the first 2 days cleaning as the smell coming from one of the bathrooms was disgusting . The beds were old and as you payed in it, you rolled onto the edge. The floors creacked at night and woke everyone up.
There were only 5 plates for a 3 bedroom apartment that slept 6 people, there was not even a salad bowl , the kitchen utensils were greasy. We feel absolutely ripped off and very disappointed with a ruined holiday that was supposed to be five star
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless management changes
