The staff was very helpful and nice. This is a great hotel to stay at.

Problems may occur when you booked a hotel without a front desk: 1) basically no in-time reply; 2) when you call the online agent, it will take them quite long to get back to you and sometimes he doesn’t even solve your problem. We arrived before check-in time but we couldn’t use the lockers to store our luggage, while the online agent kept asking us to continue trying and didn’t offer any help😅😅 wasted us almost one hour…. Overall the room is clean, with many kitchen stuff. Remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush and paste because they didn’t provide. Transportation is very convenient, closed to E/G/F and 7 metro lines. But it also means you can hear sound of line 7 in your room. Think twice if you are a light sleeper. Safe neighborhood.

The Pod Hotel in Brooklyn is so cute and cozy! The rooms are obviously small so don’t expect anything luxurious in terms of space. My partner and I got a queen pod and it was a little tight but overall very cozy. If you have a lot of luggage definitely consider other hotels. The AC worked well, the bathroom was great, the sink is a little small but that’s to be expected. The bathrooms have frosted glass so someone in the bed can see you while you’re on the toilet which isn’t great. The area nearby is amazing!! So many cute shops and amazing food nearby like Birria Landia! It’s close to the subway so you can easily travel to and from manhattan.

Lovely lounge area, not too far from a subway station, or a cute 20 minute walk from Times Square, right by central station and Bryant Park with the NYC library! 24hr CVS(pharmacy store) right near by and the staff were wonderful!

Great location, room suited me perfectly. Attentive staff! Will stay again in the future.
