"Very nice place with very kind staff! The manager even offered me a ride when she saw me walking with my large suitcases and then gave me two bananas to welcome me! I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is very strong and effective. "The hotel is in a very perfect new condition with great comfort in the room and bed. The atmosphere is new, smart and well designed. They pay attention to details and are very professional. The price is incredibly good considering what product you get. "

"We checked in late and the staff were polite and very helpful! The hotel was clean and they offered breakfast, laundry service and bottled water every day. The hotel is located on a busy street so it’s not the quietest, but it didn’t interrupt our stay. It’s easy to get taxi’s and travel around the city. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Obwohl über exedia gebucht und bezahlt, musste ich vor Ort noch mal komplett bar bezahlen. Das Hotel wusste nichts von einer Buchung und Bezahlug. Auch die Hotline bzw der chat mit Expedia war alles andere als hilfreich. Keine Unterstützung, der Chat wurde irgendwann einfach beendet. Mein Resultat daraus: NIE MEHR WIEDER MIT EXPEDIA BUCHEN!!!!!!!"

"Lots of different food within steps of the hotel. There is also a mall with a lot of amazing food and different shops. The room was clean just outdated. The receptionist was fantastic. She was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed including drinking water every day. There really aren't any amenities here. There is no Wi-Fi and you have to go up to the 2nd floor if you need the elevator."

"The hotel was all right. Night staff did not speak english, but was eager to accommodate all needs. Day staff speaks pretty good english and they are very nice persons too. For the taxi driver from the airport is was nearly impossible to find the hotel. Soi 19 and 23 is easily found, but the address of the hotel Soi 21 is hidden."
