"Even though their lockers for ski in, ski out was down a set of stairs, once you store your items, it was within easy reach of a ski lift. The hotel itself is a bit dated but totally made up for by the convenient amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. The store inside had good selection of basics. While no microwave in the room, they had one in the lobby you can use. Booked a room with private onsen and the view of Mt Yotei was gorgeous! "

"The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday! "

"Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. We were upgraded to a room with club lounge access, which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk (across the street) from the ski slopes and lesson center/rentals. Parking is not guaranteed but generally available. Room are Japanese, so smallish, but nice tub with hot water from a natural spring. "

"My husband and I had stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed hotel facilities. Our room was perfect. Only thing I wanted to mention about the bellboy services, may need more training . When i got dropped off and arrived with two big luggages and ski bag, no one came out to help at all and also when we left to get on transfer. No one offered to help for luggages. So I wasn’t sure the purposes for them to just stand there. "
