"Visiting for a ski trip. Accommodations were warm, spacious, clean and honestly perfect. Location is outstanding directly next to 3 bus lines. Walking to food, bars & Downtown area. Hosts was very responsive and easy to work with. "
"Awesome kitchen, room, set up for skis boots and shoes, love the heater to help dry wet snow gear
Only challenge is communication ahead of time, if the WhatsApp contact was shared earlier, then that would have been really helpful because the email doesn’t work, can’t call the international number when already out of country, but WhatsApp works, thanks!!"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Property is very nicely designed, well executed and well managed. Overnight parking (valet) is relatively expensive for the spring season in the area."
"This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. It’s small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive. "
"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in.
The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning.
The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised.
The concierge is very helpful and even left us...
"the staff is nice.
the location is close to everything.
the bar next to the apartment is super noisy and they don't care about any neighbours at all

Explore the lovely green spaces of Lake Hangetsu Nature Park and also enjoy the ski slopes in Hirafu. Discover the mountain views and hot springs in this quaint area.
Some decent restaurants around town. Kutchan feels more like a real town than tourist area. Hirafu is the touristy area. You can't assume places in Kutchan speak English.

Cool area with lots of food options. We enjoyed it much more than Rusutsu. Snow was great and the mountain was fun.
"We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is new , clean and near door to the outdoor activities like gondola, zipline, tree walk etc. The staff was very helpful especially the restaurant and Kitchen staff. We are vegetarians and while they have some vegetarian food in menu, they also went the extra mile to customize to our requirements. "
"We stayed 3 nights in Ki Niseko Hotel in a mini one bedroom apartment with a view of Mount Yotei this summer. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to restaurants in town and opposite our favourite town coffee shop in Rhythms where they made great coffee, fresh smoothies and veggie sausage rolls!
We enjoyed the hotel and the space and amenities in the room, but found the town during the early summer months too quiet, with minimal restaurants, shops, bars and cafes open which was such a shame as the countryside around was beautiful. Ski lifts weren’t open yet so we couldn’t use them to walk in the hills and mountains surrounding the resort.
We noticed the summer season starts July 19th so I imagine after then more would be open.
The area is positioned well for hiking and exploring, you will definitely need a car.
The hotel has a nice onsite restaurant which we ate in once and enjoyed the food (minimal vegetarian options however). Breakfast was ok, a little limited in Western options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel and would recommend if staying in the area for a short break. "
