"This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern, with an excellent location that made exploring the area effortless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We accidentally left our passports in the safe, and when we called, three team members promptly went to the room and retrieved them for us. Their professionalism and care left a lasting impression. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service."

The location is excellent — right across from Taikoo Li Qiantan, an equally well-designed mall that’s directly connected to the metro, making it both convenient and inspiring. "The Moxy is definitely a good option for affordable stay in Shanghai. The location itself might be a little bit away from the main attractions but still, nevertheless , accessible. I was comfortable during my stay."

"The breakfast is great. Lots of variety. The breakfast starts at 6:30am. It’s great for early scheduled train or flight. The air conditioning is quiet. The address is correct, but google map is not correct. If you take metro, you will have to check Chinese map. If you take taxi or didi, it is mot a problem."
