"The room was a 2 bedroom corner room that was bigger than most apartments. It was very clean. The only negative would be the lack of an elevator."

"Awful staff, especially with some man who is half Asian who claims to be supervisor there!!! He over charged us twice and he could not admit his mistake instead he claimed that is there policy which speaking to other employees that is NOT accurate at all!!!! I’ve stayed there over 6 years on business and after this incident I will no longer stay at this property! Management did nothing to apologize at all either. HORRIBLE F STAFF "

"Room was clean. Booked the Premium King room with Lanai. Upon check in we were given a premium room but it did not have a Lanai. When I asked where The Lanai was they said it was the name of the room and if I wanted a patio you have to reserve a room that said Patio. For a Polynesian branded hotel I assumed a Lanai was a patio so just a heads up when booking. Overall the staff were great, the food was decent and it’s a nice hotel. I would stay again and make sure to get a patio because the gardens are beautiful "

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and felt both unclean and unsafe. I initially requested a refund during my stay, but was told there was no refund policy, leaving me with no choice but to remain for the night. There were multiple issues throughout my stay. The TV in my first room did not work, and I was moved to another room that was even dirtier than the first. I was then moved back to my original room, where I encountered a bent and broken drain cover that caused me to cut my foot—an obvious safety hazard. The following morning, I again requested a refund and was told I would receive one along with a callback. However, I never received any follow-up. When I reached out again, I was only offered a partial refund of $60, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere."

"This is a bare-bones hotel. No coffee maker, no ice maker, no facial tissues. No daily linen service. There is no public main lounge for coffee or breakfast. All transactions are done through a glass pane. The parking is a pain. You must park between very narrow poles. If you do manage to park, you might not be able to get out of the car, it is that tight! The cars are underneath the rooms. My smoke alarm went off at 4am waking me out of a sound sleep. I gave it to the manage. It was never replaced during my stay. But the room was clean!"
