"This a great spot if you want to be in the French Quarters & a block from Bourbon St. We did will safe walking around. Although we had a granddaughter with us so we did not wander around at night. We could walk most places or the streetcar was just around the corner. They upgraded at check in to a bigger room that had a fridge. I had two complaints but did not address them with the hotel. Our room was a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke when you open the door. The bathroom floor needed...

I was disappointed in the noise level outside in the street but also inside the hotel at night after 10, 11 and even after midnight. I always struggle to sleep on vacation but this one was really hard. That being said, absolutely loved the balcony and the proximity to everywhere we wanted go. "
