Not a lot of gluten free options for my celiac child, but we were able to adjust. Very friendly, helpful staff. Desk clerk who checked us in at 2 am was very conscientious.

We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was so big and comfortable. It has lots of shelves and cabinet space. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and nice!!

Room was very clean, nice.! My only complaint was that I felt as if the air was not super cold. Maybe it was because the outside temp was 100+ lol. Overall we had an amazing stay

Staff was nice and accommodating, facility needs work. Electrical issues in our rooms went on and off randomly, cable channels did not work. Window blackout screen severely worn. Pillows were sub-standard. Entrance into property very limited.

The hotel is very clean and modern, the room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was much better than most, with lots of options. The one thing I did not like was the check in experience. We arrived around 10:30-11pm, and the sliding glass doors to the lobby were locked. I stood there looking at the lady behind the desk, and she did not smile or try to help in any way. Finally another patron of the hotel came in from smoking outside, and showed me that I needed to pick up a phone there in the wall and call in to the desk to explain my purpose. I understand that the hotel wants to keep its employees (and guests) safe at night, but the night clerk was SO unhelpful! We had just driven 6 hours, and I just wanted to check in. She could have smiled, gestured, or something! I'm a 46 yr old woman, not very scary :)

First of all, in the biggest picture, the room was more than comfortable it was clean and quiet, and the staff was superb. Breakfast was included and it was fine, Protein choices were good and it was well stocked. One complaint. I specifically searched for a hotel with kitchenette and a pool. I wasn't looking to do laps, but wanted to continue my rehab from recent joint replacement surgery, and was REALLY disappointed when we arrived and found the pool was under construction. I may not have made a reservation if it was listed as not usable. I was very upset, it might be a small thing, but I specifically searched a hotel with those specific amenities.

we checked in late, no water pressure, no towels. had to get up early the next morning for a volleyball tourney. The lights went out the morning; it was pouring raining. i couldn't dry my hair... i couldn't see in the room at all.. raining outside. we had to leave for 7am... i don't even know if i got everything out of my room... wiht the lights being out. I have stayed here allot.. this was the worst experience ive ever had here.
