"Room was great, as always. Embassy suites is always a go-to for us because it’s always clean, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious! We definitely enjoy the happy hour and free drinks, our kids love the indoor pool, and we have not been to an ES where the staff is ever rude or unhelpful. ES Nashville, you did not disappoint, thanks for a great stay!"

"Was disappointed upon arrival to discover there was not a dedicated check-in and luggage drop off. All the spots were occupied and I had to utilize a handicap spot to check-in and drop off luggage. Entry into the hotel was a bit challenging from the west? Since you had to do an illegal u-turn to gain access. Breakfast was meh but convenient and the complimentary airport shuttle was also the reason I booked this hotel & location and certainly a bonus. The modern theme was nice but it was obvious the hotel was in need of maintenance on a continual basis."

"Loud from train yard staff no welcoming at all. Does have Cracker Barrel and waffel house on both sides so that help food wise. They have no amenities bad quality linens. Cigarette hole I. Bed spreads."

"This was my first stay and it was fantastic. Room was clean, and comfortable. It was a little noisy on the first floor, but not bad. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of things to choose from. Parking was quite safe. "
