Wow!!!

This is an amazing play to stay. A large and lovely grounds and the rooms are awesome. The food is excellent and our every need was taken care of. The manager Steve helped us out with activities, meals, etc. Definitely a top notch place.

Ana is amazing !! WhatsApp me prior to my arrival, help plan my Ninh Binh itinerary. Customer service to the next level. We booked a bungalow only to found all kind of bugs on bed and in the room. We had to move to a less desirable room. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Focusing all on the lobby and restaurant, beautiful design. Did not give any thought about design and comfort of the guest room. The hotel is middle of nowhere. An hour from city

This resort is far from the claim of a 5-star resort with the Wyndham Grand branding throughout. Poor build quality, views of unfinished villas, showers with hard-to-control temperature, and hot showers lasting only 2 mins. The staff, though friendly and trying their best, isn't at an international standard. Food quality was mixed, with some excellent dishes, while others were subpar--recommend reducing menu options to focus on their top dishes. Heavy mosquito and spiders in villas.
