Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....

"We had the most enjoyable and welcoming stay at this luxury safari lodge. The service from all the staff was exceptional especially from Maximillan and the food was delicious. The tent was so spacious and had very comfortable beds. Also our safari driver (John) was excellent. When we come back to the Serengeti we will definitely stay at this lodge again. "

"Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. You need an escort to the dining tent after dark (easily arranged by telephone). I had a buffalo outside my tent one night. I never felt unsafe though. I would strongly recommend to...
