Untrustworthy company
This company is completely untrustworthy. We had one night reserved here and two night at another of their properties. We wanted to stay at this property for an extra night, and cancel the first night at the other property. Everyone told me this would be fine - the staff at this hotel, the staff ...

Good stop in Ngorongoro area.
We were kindly upgraded to an ensuite tent. It was dusty, which we cleaned, but no complaints.
