"The hotel is perfectly situated and we had a view room on the 12th floor which was wonderful for gazing over the harbour and the city. It was very quiet, comfortable, well equipped and so convenient to the food courts, the fast ferry to Nanaimo and the light rail transit and buses. We had a great stay!"

"This was a terrible stay, it was my wife's birthday and I had asked for a Harbour view , they ended up giving me a pool view, and with that we thought the glass you couldn't see from outside then we walked outside and you can clearly see us from the outside. On top of that, only one light worked in the room so we had to keep the blinds open. On top of that we had a free 50$ food voucher that we could not use anywhere, we tried and they just kept telling us no. The biggest thing is we had bugs and flies in our room, the room was still dirty and the musty smell my wife couldn't handle anymore so we didn't even stay in the room for more then 5 hours, also we left one day early as she couldn't take it. For a 700$+ a night room this was the worst experience I have dealt with. And"

"Clean room with kitchenette in a good location. It would be nice if the pool closed at 11pm instead of 10pm to allow for more time to use it after a long day exploring the city. Elevators are very slow."
