"The service was good, and the location was very convenient. It was within walking distance of the shopping mall and the MRT station.
However, the room facilities were quite worn out. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the bathroom drain was partially clogged, causing the shower water to rise above my ankles.
The cleanliness was also only average. I found long hairs inside both of the clean towels before I had even used them."

"The location was very convenient, close to the station, which I really appreciated.
The view from my room, however, was not very impressive.
I was also disappointed that the room didn’t have a bathtub.
For Japanese people, a cold toilet seat is quite hard to tolerate, but I suppose it can’t be helped for now."
