"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect location, in the centre of Bristol. Lovely staff, fab room, and the best Espresso Martini you can find in town. We loved sitting in the hotel bar with a drink before heading to bed. Thanks for a lovely stay."
"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms .
It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."
"I'd always wanted to stay as I'd passed the hotel many times. First, parking -you have to pay. Underground is £25, overground £13.50. Not good. Receptionist helpfully told me to move car from underground to save money. Went to get light lunch on cafe/bar in foyer. Lots of staff milling about but took some time to be served and then wrong sandwich arrived. Also would have expected a decent sized tea pot instead of one that help one and a bit cups. Room was OK, comfy bed, but had to get maintenance to fix the plug plunger for the sink. Would have expected housekeeping to notice this. Then, after I went to bed I tried to adjust the AC but it just kept reverting to "high" so had to call reception at 1.30am to fix it. Fortunately it was fixed remotely. Dined in The Grill. The hotel thoughtfully provide minibuses to get you around the site. Waiting staff were helpful and friendly but I didn't care much for the food - moules mariniere. Strange taste. There was plentiful food at breakfast but it was all s but bland. Overall it was a disappointing stay for a 5 star hotel. I prefer the Vale Resort. Kettle had scale on outside."
"We always stay in the Future Inn when we visit Bristol. The main reasons for staying there are the proximity to Cabots Circus and the parking is paid for you by the hotel. We have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. This time we noticed little cut backs, such as no free bottle of water in the room, instead there is a carafe that you can fill yourself from the machine in the corridor. No big deal, just noticed it. And no biscuits on the tea tray. And no amenity kit in the bathroom. Outside of the hotel, going from reception to the car park has become awfully messy and dirty, mess made by the drunks or whoever is sleeping around there. It was shocking today. When you can book on a deal, or Sunday seems to be a good price, then the price of the room is worth it."
"A perfect stay - modern, spacious, immaculately clean room, excellent housekeeping services. The hotel's in a great location, adjacent to Castle Park and the whole shopping district."
"Wonderful stay in upgraded room. Our suite was clean, spacious and excellent value.
Location very central to all amenities.
Staff always pleasant and helpful.
Building a little dated in parts but that did not detract from a wonderful stay. Would stay again."
