"The entire staff was so friendly from check in to check out. Our room was spotless. The pool is heated and very nice. Great options for breakfast also. Will definitely be staying here from now on while in Spokane. "

"Great bed! Comfy and enjoyed the king size. Water for showers was HOT. Would not recommend leaving children unattended in the tub. $28 a night for parking (only available in the garage, unless you find street parking somewhere). Room was ok clean, but there was hair in the shower that wasn't ours. Skipped the minimum $10 breakfast, Starbucks is in the cafe entrance though. We stayed for a concert in the Spokane arena. About a 10-15 minute walk, going through Riverfront Park."

"There was a weird knocking noise coming from the fridge that kept us awake most the night. When attempting to turn on the tv to try and drown out the knocking, the tv wouldn't work. When we let the front desk know they didn't seem to care and said they would try and fix it when they could. Wasn't very helpful at all!"
