"This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, although I did have a couple of small issues. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. "

"We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! Spotless clean, and delicious breakfast with a super staff that was always looking forward to help u and make you feel at home. They all went the extra mile to make Aberdeen looks at it's best. Also have a laundronette 24 hours that was a perfect touch. The building is brand new and the gardens outside are surrounded by a mix of ancient and new buildings that was a joy just to spare some time on one of the benches. Love this hotel.
