"We arrived at 4:00 p.m., and the room wasn't ready—even though check-in is supposed to be at 3:00."

"Only stayed there overnight for about 6 hours to sleep until our flight in the morning. Shuttle was on time there and back to airport. Only issue was I grabbed some ice from the ice machine and there was some sort of bug in it my glass of ice. Otherwise I'd stay again. No food options near the hotel to walk too."

"The room was not available at 3:30pm. I had to option, either to wait for indefinite time or pay extra cost of $10 to upgrade my room. After almost two hours of waiting, I had to pay for extra $10 for receiving the room. The parking price on the website was $33.18 per day but the hotel charged me $50 for one night of May 23rd, 2026. It was very noisy on hallway from other guests from 11pm until 1am. I could not sleep. Room was clean, staff were nice."
