This hotel wasn’t comfortable. The rooms are older and filthy. The beds don’t have a duvet it felt like a heavier sheet, heat wasn’t working, the water was filling up in the tub each time we took a shower and the walls are paper thin.

Pod 51
staff was cool, but I found a cockroach on my bed…. Changed rooms and upgraded, although we had to move in the morning to a different room was very inconvenient.

Hampton Inn Manhattan Grand Central
The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was also delicious, and the receptionist at the lobby named Victoria was very helpful and made sure my stay was of my comfort and consistently checked-in with me.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Staff is not attentive or much friendly. We went to the Liberty Bar and had some questions about the menu, it seemed to bothered the staff there and they weren’t helpful. I ordered a Sassy Margarita and made sure to explain 3 times that I did not want Jalapeno added. The Jalapeno was still added ...
