Overall, the hotel was solid. Great location, clean and a nice room. I was disappointed there was no coffeemaker in the room and I had to pay a daily “resort fee” when this was New York. I wasn’t going to lounge around the hotel (like a sunny, seaside hotel in Hawaii).

Great location on times square. This hotels feels luxury and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are pleasant. Cannot fault this hotel at all and would highly recommend

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Check-in was easy. Mohammed at the front desk was pleasant and able to get us into the room early. Good location next to Penn Station. No problems at all.
