Booked a 2 queen room and had 2 full beds. A/C didnt get very cold. Cheaper hotels like best western are we more comfortable

The gym door stopped working one morning and the staff failed to help me get in. They couldn’t even get into gym so I ended up being late for work and did not get to go to gym. The staff also told me that I could not transfer my IHG points to my membership because this specific hotel does not allow ...
