Pay attention to the elevators when you press you floor. It tells you what elevator to catch. Not sure the issues that people had.. catch the correct elevator and you have zero issues.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Room was quite small, no room to even open a suitcase anywhere. Bathroom was also very cramped. The bedding and sheets were not comfortable. The room was clean though and staff were nice. Good location.
