This was my first stay at this location. The rooms were outdated and falling apart. The place looked rundown. The staff was nice though. I would not return for another stay until third place is revamped.

Clean room but old. No pen or paper which I always use. Mattresses in both rooms were very soft and the shower wash was empty which I discovered while showering. Screaming babies next door kept us awake all night so make sure not to get a connecting room when you require one for your family but someone else gets it, not your family. We heard screaming and yelling all night long. We’re exhausted

The property is well presented and the room was clean enough. Breakfast was good, with hot food and few selections of muffins. My only issue was that the bath was dirty from the last customer. The room was not cleaned or bins emptied during our stay but that did not ruin our time there. Another positive was they sent the $70 taken for deposit was refunded within 2 days of checking out. Staff were attentive and responsive from housekeeping to reception. Thanks Christine at reception for being so humble and helpful. If am ever in Staten island, I'll definitely stay again.

Breakfast was limited but it was clean and relatively quiet. Staff was friendly. Had to ask for some amenities that seemed basic like a bath mat and they didn’t seem organized and tried to clean our room twice on the day we checked out which you would think they would wait to get notice that we were gone.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel was clean. Nice pack & play provided. No restaurant at the hotel (free breakfast which was surprisingly good), have to walk across parking lot to Hilton for their restaurant. But the biggest knock. Our room faced a highway so that was loud enough. But there was some sort of event going on in/near the hotel. Music blaring til 2 am. We (myself, wife, 2 kids) got zero sleep that night. So loud the hotel was literally vibrating from the bass. Insane that this was allowed to occur/continue. If it wasn't for the noise, this would've been a positive review, but I can't possibly give higher than 2 stars because you stay at a hotel to sleep so you can enjoy the rest of your trip. And we got no sleep.

I had a great weekend stay. My room was very clean and spacious. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It was fine
Most of the front desk staff were nice, especially while they're desk duty. The people who helped me when I approached the desk were all extremely nice and friendly, but other employees who were not working at that time weren't as welcoming. The breakfast was fine, and provided a little bit of everything, so that was a nice benefit. Upon entry to the floor, it smelled of smoke which was a bit confusing. The room itself was a bit dated, it was either frigid or overwhelmingly hot; we had to toggle the thermostat a few times throughout the nights. The cover to the wall AC/Heat unit was broken off and appeared to have been used as an ashtray (burn marks). I understand the hotel is pet friendly, but was a bit surprised that I ended up with fur all over my socks. The floor had some sticky spots, and I found human hair on the comforter (ew). It was a fine stay, a not frills hotels that served the purpose of the weekend.
