Prompt service from valet- no way to park there otherwise. Room clean and comfortable. Convenient location if you need to be in Fresh Meadows or Douglaston area. Engineer was very pleasant when battery needed to be replaced at door of room after I had to return to desk 3x. They could use more help at front desk. Always busy.

Overall the stay was good the parking situation was horrible they told us the didnt have any parking space left and that we would have to find parking on the street and so we had to drive around to find parking at night in a area with were not familiar. Our stay was not cheap they should of provide parking

The service was great, very easy to locate. The only bad point is that they have parking space yet they charge $41 for valet parking. Anyone that knows the area, is very well that parking is a nightmare.

After checking in and getting off the elevator on the third floor heading to my room I was greeted with an unpleasant smell of urine in the hallway, while in my room I can hear people shouting so I head out for a little when I came back there was garbages outside of a few guest room in the hallway I checked out shortly after that instead of my original check out time

There is no hotel parking, although it is advertised. At arrival the staff offers valet parking at pretty high price. The alternative is a street parking.

Clean hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. Front desk rep named Tony was so nice & helpful and even though I ended up not needing to check in a little earlier than usual 3:00 time, they were ready to accommodate. Location is great, plenty of dining options in the area that are within walking distance and transportation options are there to go into Manhattan.

This property is newer and well maintained. Husband went for a wedding ti check the place out. We plan on bringing kids next year and this will be where we stay to see family.

The person at the reception who was there at 11:30 pm was not courteous, rude, did not use any tact and was very challenging with his gaze, at no time did he make me feel welcome from the beginning.

It was a nice and a safe place to be, very peaceful and friendly staff. The breakfast was very decent and was kept very clean and inviting. Great service a little gem in Fresh Meadows NY.
