Pro: The staff is professionally cordial, I was able to check-in early and the bed was comfortable Cons: Profile preferences not offered nor clarified if they could/could not be offered (e.g. high floor) so I was on the 6th floor, and realized I had to keep my curtains closed the whole time due to construction workers on the roof of the building next door. Then quickly realized that the hotel bumps up to the wall of a nightclub, so chances of getting decent sleep on a weekend stay are slim to none (not ideal when you have 6am flight or early meetings the next day). Additional the door lock didn't work (luckily I travel with a door jammer), so sense of security was null. As far as location, not many mid-range dining options (main options are the bodega, pizza joints, bar food, etc.). Honestly, I have flagged this property for myself so that I don't book it on any future trips.

Hotel was great, super convenient locations with subways right outside. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The only thing to be mindful of is the floors are quite small and the lift is a bit loud and woke us up a few times. Overall enjoyed our stay would stay here again.

Good location. Close to World Trade Center Memorial, Wall Street and Battery Park. Staff was very nice in the face of a hectic event weekend.

Check-in check-out process was quick and easy, front desk employees were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was wonderful (loved the walk in shower). I really enjoyed the in-room amenities such as the coffee maker, mini-fridge and fast wifi. Location was awesome, very close to various subway lines and walk able distance to the 9/11 memorial and wall st. Would recommend to anyone thinking about staying in NYC.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the Freedom Tower, 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park where it’s easy to catch the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.

I loved the hotel and the location. But I thought breakfast was included with my room and it was not, which was disappointing. They did have breakfast options you can pay for, but didn’t even see free coffee offered in the lobby, only those little pouches in the room. A big plus was the luggage storage after check-out which was extremely helpful. Overall I would recommend it to people

Overall this property was lovely! There can be a wait at times for the lifts as there are only two going up 26 odd floors. Outside there are some homeless people hanging about but I have no complaints about the hotel and room itself - staff were always friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay. Location is excellent. Right next to a subway station. Easy access to upper manhatten. Walking distance from brooklyn bridge. Room was great for a single traveller. Might be a little problematic for two people with big luggages. Staff was very friendly especially the person at the reception who was there on thursday morning. All over i had a great experience.

The front desk was wonderful, above and beyond what was expected. We would have liked at least coffee tea and hot chocolate complimentary in the mornings. The front desk young man offered my grandson a soda and bag of cookies when we arrived. The location was great and vary close to lots of restaurants and shops and sightseeing. Perfect stay.

Definitely smaller rooms than advertised. The area is very dirty, noisy and feel unsafe due to tons of suspicious looking people standing outside of the hotel in the streets.

Nice area to get a view of the city, near the world trade center if ever wanting to visit, good food options, very busy with transportation but works out fine. Staff members were really helpful and nice. Would recommend.
