Ms. Dwyer, you smoked in your room at a non-smoking property. You acknowledged our non-smoking policy at check-in, and yet, decided to smoke. It's not up for debate. We needed an O-zone machine to remove the remnants of smoke you left behind. We could've easily solved your claim about the tub, but we never received a call.
