We had a great stay at this property, it started from the time we got out of our car and was greeted by valet, then entered the front desk, to a very pleasant front desk agent, our room was very clean, the guy at the bar was also pleasant, there was a 3 piece band playing, it was truly a pleasant experience, I wish I could remember all of their names, on my next visit this will definitely be the hotel I stay at .

I really wanted to love my stay here, but unfortunately, I did not. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near Bourbon Street and Canal Street. However, the air conditioning did not work during our stay, which made our visit very uncomfortable. I also did not like that the room door opened inward, as it made the space difficult to maneuver. What made the stay enjoyable was the staff. They were personable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, despite their excellent service, I would not choose to stay here again.
