This was the worst staying in ever they didn’t have any workers there to clean wrong then when I had to do not disturb sign on the door, someone still came into all of the towels out of the bathroom so I had to go to the front office every time to get more towels the experience was very bad and the service was very poor and now I see that they go into your room without permission as well

First off.. the property offered airport shuttle. After I made the reservation and waited for an hour, I was put on hold, called back, hold again, called back again… 2 hours later to be told they stopped shuttle service in December.2 Second…I had issues with the tv remote for a while. I was there for 3. I sucked it up for the first day to half the second. I call the front desk. They tell me they are sending a technician… NEVER SHOWED UP… never addressed. Third… I had to ask for coffee, every single day. They act like it is a chore to provide coffee for the room. On my last day…. 5 AM, I am looking for coffee. Sign at the front desk states they are attending to other guests. Ok.. an hour later, same sign. I was stuck here for 3 days…Do not travel to tbis property.

The pictures are not updated the property looks like it’s falling down. Literally the roof of the carport is cracked open. The check in was easy and fast. It did come with breakfast included. The room smelled horrible it was so humid. The bathtub was old and disgusting the elevator was very dirty as well. The room was ok I recommend this place for just one night to rest and move on. I personally wouldn’t go back.

The plumbing on this property is terrible the toilet you’d have to flush and flush again later the tub was clogged everytime you take a shower the air conditioner wasn’t cold and it was on the coldest setting

Tub fawcett kept dripping steady stream of hot water. Desk clerk who checked me in at 5am was too good to be true. So polite & professional and all I wanted to do was take a nap before the stones at jz fest. He deserves a raise!!
