We've stayed here four or five times now and I think it could use a bit of a re-fresh: new carpeting, new mattresses and more places to plug in electronics, etc.. It was quiet which was great, as we were not out late. It's in a great location, with good walk-ability and has a really nice hotel bar.

How warm and helpful the front desk staff were was very mixed the first people who checked us in were warm and kind but one woman was very short and cold. We asked about taking the bikes out on different days. Multiple co-workers told us it should not be a problem as they were almost always available and were getting ready to help us get them when she either cut them off or told us without looking up from her screen that they were gone for the day. Perhaps this was true, but how she went about it gave the distinct impression that she just did not want to deal with getting them out - whereas her co-workers had indicated that it was an option separately on both days.

This hotel was very conveniently located. We stayed in the Panoramic Room with a City View. It was great although I wish they had a microwave in the room. Otherwise the stay was amazing.
