I loved this hotel. Great rooms and staff! The only downside was the parking of $40 a night. I think those who stay at the hotel should get a discounted rate if they don’t play at the casino.

The only reason thos is not a 5 stars review is that the showers were cold on two of the 2 of the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. Other than that the rims were spacious and clean. The view from upper floors were great. The location was perfect with easy access to Canal St. And street car routes to take you all over the city.

The elevators don’t work correctly for four days, we have to get down by stairs 24 floors, the water was cold the entire stay, we have to call for towels bc no house keeping but I have to say the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional

Week run, friendly, gaming was fun spirited, breakfast at Emerils!! Nobu is a must have. We have loved the black cod with Miso for 14-15 years and it is solid on par as usual here. The location is perfect for anything you can really want to do. French Quarter walking distance, shopping on the river or high end on Canal. Trolly Jazxy pass for anything not walking distance. $3 a day. We will be back! Thank you NOLA!
