Beautiful boutique style hotel. The location was amazing and the employees were fantastic. They were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Every recommendation was fantastic. I would highly recommend Bienville House. Three notes, make a reservation for the restaurant/bar in the hotel. You won’t be disappointed! 2nd, if you do not upgrade to a balcony view you will not have any windows in your room. This did not bother us as we were out most of the day. It could be an issue with some. 3rd note is that the bed would have been luxurious except that you roll to the middle. Otherwise the pillows were great and the linens were very high quality.

This is a charming hotel in the ideal location. It's surrounded by desirable restaurants and sites. The staff is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Oh, and the beds are luxuriously comfortable.

This was the perfect place for a last minute birthday vacation. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Lots of Southern hospitality! The only issue we found had to be the shower water pressure but what can you do with a historic location.

We loved our stay at Bienville house. We had the king suite with a balcony and it was so nice to sit out there and enjoy the French quarter. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about our stay was definitely the staff though I must say, especially Beverly. She was so kind and welcoming from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. I will recommend the Bienville house to others and I would absolutely stay here again!

Bienville house was a great stay overall! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; we didn't go the onsite restaurant, but it smelled great when walking past! The bed was very comfortable, and the room was beautiful and nice and cool after a hot day outside. Our only issue was the shower pressure (not sure if because we were in the room equipped for handicapped or not and that is why the rain shower head or if all the rooms have that shower head too) - pressure was incredibly light. Also, our room was close to the parking lot behind the hotel and there was often loud noise in the middle of the night and I am a light sleeper; however, it was a one-time noise (like a truck starting up) on only two nights of our stay; not noise all night long). Overall, a beautiful property!
