"Room 505 ac was not working properly, was a rough hot night. Tried to swap rooms but none were available. Maybe it was just my room but seemed to be less updated, some wall plugs were not working."

Just recognize that means very noisy streets esp on weekends My first room was so bombarded by street noise they very graciously moved us to a quieter location The staff are excellent.
