"The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. There was a delicious Bar-B-Q available on the patio with fall apart brisket for a nominal additional charge. The included breakfast was above and beyond the standard you get at most establishments. The gift shop was super cute. And the overall vibe swept you back in time to when traveling was adventurous and fun, not just a boring place to stop for the night."

"Everything about our stay was great from Nicholas checking us in. The pool and spa, and the room was practically brand new. Everything smelled so fresh and clean. The breakfast was top-tier. It even had gluten-free options. Everything was stocked and cooked amazingly. Not what I expected from a stay in Alamogordo, it exceeded some of my big city stays in top-tier hotels."

"This is a beautiful, well maintained property. It is spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there is no elevator and no one available to help with luggage and it was extremely difficult for me an older woman to drag my luggage up to the third floor."

"Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't able to be used at the time and the room phone didn't work. But the front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. Our itinerary said our check in was at 3pm, the hotel had changed that to 4pm a few months before. They got us checked in at about 3:10pm, as soon as the room was available. The room was clean, with very nice amenities. Coffee, with bottled water! Even makeup wipes, which was great, as I forgot to pack mine. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
