Very nice hotel, food and restaurant were also awsome. staffs are good but in the room there were no sleeper :( however room was clean:)

Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms but are now showing their age but still at a good standard for India. Restaurant are very pleasant serviced by attentive staff.

First and foremost, I highly rate the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). Partha Dutta on reception was very friendly and such a nice guy, Palash Nath in the restaurant/bar provided such a great service, as well as the rest of the team. Fairly spartan hotel. Exterior, elevator were fairly dilapidated. Reception was not air conditioned, so I was a bit worried, but room had air conditioning. Furnishing was old but functional. Bathroom was serviceable, but shower head did not work properly. Considering the price, I was not expecting anything better. Good place to crash for a night whilst in transit. I wouldn't want an extended stay here.

it is a new property still developing, rooms are good, reception and vehicle passing by at reception point is reducing their reputation. They have swimming pool which we used and which should not be mentioned as swimming pool, by making people go to that pool they are only spoiling their better image otherwise. Their restaurant is very beautiful and staff is excellent
