Hosts were so hospitable. They were friendly and helpful throughout our one night stay. The apartment was clean and the breakfast was wonderful and in an ideal setting of a grand kitchen dining room. The location and accommodation oozes tranquillity and calm.

This a fantastic, unique property. If you like old and interesting buildings with an eclectic mix of antique furniture this is the one. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place so clean. The owner was so helpful, little touches such as some food items, chocolates and fresh flowers just added to the experience. There is a coop and a couple of patisseries within two minutes walk. This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic.
The staff here are superbly hospitable.
The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective.
Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent.
Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,...

One night stay while visiting local business. Room was warm and comfortable. Spent a few hours working at desk with beautiful view of Alps out the window. Enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant and food was delicious. Very pleasant stay and well recommended.

Brilliant location and wonderful house. Welcome was bordering on rude, however, and booked room was "not available because of an error". Staff was not very solution-oriented. The only exception was the very smiling lady who attended the breakfast room.
