"Highly recommended. Our room was bijou, had all mod cons, air-con, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a great view from our balcony. Continental breakfast was more than enough with great choice of breads, fruit, cereal and cakes which were amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager Manwello who was also very patient whilst my husband practiced his Italian. Great location for food and drink and lovely backstreet shops to explore. Good links to the ferry and train. You won’t be disappointed!"

"I don’t know where to begin! This property is amazing for many reasons. Location, hospitality and food. This hotel feels like it in the middle of everywhere you would need to walk to. There’s about 15 restaurants in less than 300 yards. The hospitality has to be one of the best I have ever experienced. Lastly, the food. This location does something completely different from the rest. Their food is like a fusion of some sort, it’s plated as if you were at the 4 Seasons (Dinner). This will be the only place I will stay at when- ever I decide to visit again."

"Maybe i did not check, but surprised to see we had to pay 110 euro for two sunbeds at the beachfront. Shuttle worked fine in and out of Rapallo, and to beachfront, very helpful staff, but no flexibility in 1 km more with the shuttle. Stops only one place. But very helpful with taxi etc etc. No tv in bar or other ouvlic areas for seeing VM in footbal nor Sinner winning Wimbledon;-)"

"Overall amazing property, you are required to leave your room key with staff if you leave which was honestly great because there is no worry of losing it. Unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it which was unfortunate but other wise the room was great, breakfast was amazing and we had a great stay"
