This lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side. The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience. As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful....

Excellent property and very co-operative staff.

Not so easy to find, but the taxi and I got there in the end. Clean, helpful staff. Wake up call came on time. Good vegetarian restaurant downstairs.

The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly.

Only hotel in my opinion worth staying in Lonavala. The place is just stunning, been so beautifully curated, the structure tells a story of brutalism meets nature, much like the surrounding landscape. Reaching to the property itself was very painful. 3Km of surrounding roads in all directions of this property are simply worse. They are REALLY bad, awful. Very Good property. I stayed in Club room which were spacious by any standard, newly renovated they had premium bathroom fittings and toiletries. The mattress was so good that I have back ache which seemed to disappear miraculously. The breakfast spread was ideal for a corporate traveler - not too much and yet enough.
