Reaching to the property itself was very painful. 3Km of surrounding roads in all directions of this property are simply worse. They are REALLY bad, awful. Try and reach this property during bright day light to avoid any unforeseen surprises. Property itself is good/nice/clean, staff is very courteous and amenities are also good. Breakfast buffet was just awesome. They have quite a few options along with live counters. If you don't like what you see, chef can make you what you want (custom...

The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly.

I recently stayed at Effotel by Sayaji, Navi Mumbai for 2 days and had an exceptional experience. The service was prompt and professional, and the staff was courteous, well-trained, and always ready to help. The food quality exceeded expectations, offering both taste and variety. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. What truly stood out was the overall ambience – elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. A truly delightful stay – highly...

Only hotel in my opinion worth staying in Lonavala. Love loved our dinning experience, specially acknowledgement to the Head Chef Sunil, the bartenders Rohin and Akash. I thank Om and his team in House keeping for looking after us. And the young man with a...

Very Good property. I stayed in Club room which were spacious by any standard, newly renovated they had premium bathroom fittings and toiletries. The mattress was so good that I have back ache which seemed to disappear miraculously. The breakfast spread was ideal for a corporate traveler - not too much and yet enough. To top it they give you a newspaper in the mornings which was the highlight for me. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent when it comes to ambiance as well as food quality and...
