"Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze!!"

"The pool was a milky color - staff reply to it being milky "well we've been busy." We stayed in an end room that didnt get hot water. We had to turn on all the sinks in the room, let them run for 15 min before we would get hot water. So it made showering super fun. The elevator on multiple occasions had huge puddles of water from kids going to the pool."

"The start was good, rooms were clean breakfast was good the only thing I would say is to invest in better pillows, the ones we had in our room went flat and provided no comfort for your head, in fact they cause us to loose sleep with not being able to get comfortable. The other thing I would say is get a better tv service or provide detailed instructions on how to use the tv change the channels and view the guide without having to sign into apps to watch the tv."

"This is a very old hotel and needs updating. The towel bar in the bathroom was nearly falling off the wall. I guess that's what happened when there is no vent in the bathroom. The sink was missing the stopper so the running water was really loud. We had a apartment size refrigerator in our room which was surprising. This hotel would be my last resort stay if all else fails."
