"I decided to try one of the non - all inclusive hotels and I am happy I did. I didnt miss a thing, this hotel has all the amenities you did not need to leave the property for anything. there is a restaurant onsite that provides sumptuous meals, the continental could have a bit more variety than the sweet pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful. location is properly maintained and clean. i am planning to return for a family retreat."
"The staff was TOP TEIR!!! The was extra extra loving and caring not only to me but my entire group of eight.
We were in Negril celebrating three birthdays and I just wanted to relax and I was able to do just that.
The only thing that we experienced was we didn't have washcloths upon arrival. They were experiencing some issues with the dryer but they definitely made sure we were taken care of Saturday morning by the time we return from breakfast.
I had the opportunity to speak with some of the staff during my stay and they all were loving, helpful, carin, and kind no matter the tittle. I was speaking with the GM and didn't even know who she was. She treated me now different and they all knew my name, what I liked to drink, what omelet I preferred and I needed ice when I ended my night.
The resort need a few updates and upgrades. But if you are looking for a beautiful resort to relax, relax and relax Samsara Cliff is the place for you. Tell Tina to make you a drink and Kenya sent you.
Here are a few people I want to shout out, they help make my stay extra special
Daviana (GM)
Tina (bartender and waitress)
Kimiko (waitress)
Georgia (waitress)
Millicent (waitress)l"
"We had a wonderful time at Sandy Haven. Attentive staff, clean room and surroundings and we enjoyed the included continental breakfast each morning. Of course we were located right on the pristine Negril beach. Nice."
"The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better.
Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more."
