"Our room was weigh smaller than the pictures, very tight with 4 of us, there is no room to open our suitcases. AC was dirty and took a couple of hours to cool down the room. It was very uncomfortable, we ended up cancel our stay. "

"A family trip with two teen age granddaughters was difficult to plan with Japan's limited options to reasonable prices for a group of four. This Hotel fulfilled all the needs and more.
