"Upon arrival I was 'upgraded' to a more quite room in the back, since I was staying for two weeks. Unfortunately there were a lot of dogs around the property, so every time you opened the door to get some air in after 6pm, dogs on both sides would go off in a barking contest.
The room itself was fine, bigger than what I originally ordered, but mostly empty and had no indoor table, only a sofa that wasn't great to sit on. Rest of the room was fine, as expected. Bathroom was very nice.

"The staff were very friendly and really helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent,with a huge amount of choice. The beds were really comfortable, and the seaview rooms were a treat with the gorgeous sunrises.
I'd happily stay again, but this was not a 5 star hotel. "

"Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. But having more than one and slightly larger slides would have been even better "

"Everything was perfect.
I would just recommend a few things for the hotel
1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water
2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink.
3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable.
4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu
5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces and should be able to go every night and not one restaurants per week. If it is all inclusive I should be able to go to a restaurant as many times as I want during my stay and it shouldn't be through the app.
6. There should be a snack bar or even a few with real snacks, like sandwiches and crisps and chocolate.
