"Everything here was great. Staff was exceptionally nice and did their best to assist with whatever we needed. For me the only thing is that the pool is open to the public so we didn’t have chairs for the pool poolside and it was busy (weekend) and my kids did not want to swim, this may be ok for others. "The resort was beautiful! The food and staff were amazing. We had an 6:30 am early morning transfer to the ferry the day we checked out and they opened the kitchen and had breakfast waiting for us at 6 am The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the Paraiso Party garden was located next to our room and since we had an early morning transfer, the music made it very difficult to sleep - that would be my only recommendation for not staying in a room nearby the party garden.
