"We stayed here while taking my son to start university, and it honestly made a big difference to what was quite an emotional trip. Katie was so friendly and thoughtful, keeping in touch during our long 8-hour drive and making our late arrival stress-free. She even suggested places still serving food, which really helped after a tiring day. Breakfast was lovely, served by such cheerful staff, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It felt like we were looked after the whole time, the perfect start to a new chapter for our family."

My room was spacious and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the included breakfast ranged from continental style to full English.
