"Good hotel. Great breakfast. The staff is ok, maybe they could be a little more helpful and attentive. I chose a special room in “the level” and when I asked for information in the regular reception area about breakfast, the man rudely dismissed me by saying, oh you’re in the level, yo need to go to the other reception for information. I only wanted to know the time for breakfast and checkout. Then had to wait until the person in the level reception finished checking in a guest only to ask a simple question that could have been solved by the first rude man. Apart from that the hotel is a good option if you have to stay in Serrano "

"The hotel is simple but does the work. The location is nice and calm but closed enough to nice stores and restaurants. No need to have a car. The hotel has a restaurant in the lobby level and offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby during the evening."

"Beautiful stylish hotel. Rooms are exceptional. We had interconnecting rooms for our family. Rooms were large and fantastic interior design. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful making suggestions for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The location was brilliant. Well centred but in walking distance of most of the main sights. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food.Thank you for an enjoyable stay! "
