Clean, modern, has all the essentials you need for a short stay, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. A few blocks away from Serrano’s shopping hotspots but you can say the hotel “is in the area”. You get what you pay for."

"For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing to see there was no facilities in the room to make a cup of tea. At night I had to go downstairs to the bar and pay 2.50 Euros each time i would want a cup of tea…But they have a full stock up mini bar with alcoholic drinks which to me was useless. Not even a complimentary water bottle on arrival"
