" Location. It was centrally located with lots of shopping and good eateries. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, clean with friendly and helpful staff."
"The hotel is located on a street where taxis are not allowed, so be prepared to walk with your luggage to get there. The lobby is very small, with no place to sit. There is always a strong smell of food—like from a kitchen—in the hallways and elevator areas. The rooms are small and dirty, with a stained and dirty sofa. I did not feel comfortable at all in this hotel.

City Center Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location. Lots of things to do around. Was a little disappointed as there was a lot of noise at night (until 3am) from a nightclub across the street, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Not sure if this happens all the time. The second night was better than the first night of our visit, but was still a bit noisy."
"Very helpful staff who try to an extra mile to help. They checked me in early without fuss, helped booking an excursion and gave complimentary drink and desserts. The location of the hotel is good with a bus stop just around the corner. It was clean and comfortable with a nice gym and spa. "
"The staff was so kind! I was falling asleep at a table, and I believe they made sure I was into my room quickly. They were so helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a great location. I loved all of the little fun features of the room. I was amazed that I couldn’t hear anyone!"
