"The staff is super nice! The rooms could very much use some updating, the room we were initially in the bathroom shower didn't have tile, just a painted wall it seemed like. There was a hole in the closet door, the wall by the window had been plastered to cover something (but not painted), the room seemed kind of dark and dingy, the toilets sit low (you better have them Megan knees! lol). When I made the front desk aware the manager promptly moved us to a larger more acceptable room and was very apologetic and sweet about it! Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast, the pool was NOT AVAILABLE!! We were looking forward to that so that was unfortunate. The rooms need updating, staff was very accommodating. I wouldn't stay here again but if you need something reasonable and it's a short stay it would make due."

"Hotel pool & Hot tub were a nasty dirty mess. Extremely cloddy and at one point I as many as 18 kids between at one point. Also beachful booking the rooms here. I booked a suite for 10 days and the pictures online were NOT the room I was given. In fact the room wasn't in great condition. There wasn't a pull out coach like the description said the soaps were not filled up. No extra TP also they didn't come by my room AT ALL to clean it, give towels am. My room key kept not working. Then the Wifi and cable kept going out. The front desk lied to me about it when I asked about he cable. I couldn't even watch TV on my lab top. I guess after enough people complained about it they had the cable company come in and it STILL wasn't working right. After 5 days in the messed up room, They eventually changed my room to the room I was supported to have but still no one came to clean it or refreshen it up after I asked 2x in the new room! Needless to say I WILL NOT be staying here again!"

"Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is great. Love the meatloaf for dinner and the asparagus. I will not eat asparagus anywhere else because it has a bitter taste, but not at the Holiday Inn. Beds and pillows are comfy. Rooms are clean."

"Omg what a first night we had! We had to change rooms 3 times and we were there on a two night stay. First room the toilet didn’t flush so they changed out room. The second room the couch was sunk in, the room was not clean, the bed had no sheets or pillows with cases. It was a nightmare. We don’t even unpack our things. Front seat said they had no more rooms and that they can give us a plunger or new sheets that we can put on the bed ourselves. The next morning we spoke with the front desk manager and she didn’t really care but she did change our room to a clean working toilet room. We didn’t receive any accommodations but we will not be returning. Oh and the hallway in building A doesn’t smell pleasant. This hotel gives motel!"

"This hotel was Fabulous. If Ihad to complain I would say the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. Other than that, my family and I absolutely love it. "

"When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for shuttle pickup. I called at least 12 time. No one answered the phone at the hotel. A shuttle from another hotel picked me up and brought me to the hotel. When I arrived the girl at the front kinda looked at the phone and started to say, we don’t usually answer, but caught her self. Come to find out they have another number to call if you need the shuttle. Would be nice if that was included in the email sent confirming my reservation. The only saving grace was Lawerence who took me to dinner and the driver who took me to the airport in the morning. "
