"The rooms are very small but we had super comfortable sleeps. We fit 2 full sized suitcases (one we used and kept out on the table/couch), one we put at foot of bed to fill with purchases. We also bad 2 carry on bags (put at foot of bed) and 2 backpacks - also put on mini couch. We were surprised at how comfortable the stay was with minimal space. The bathroom is huge and shower was great - excellent pressure - big! The tub is really big and the water stays super hot 🔥 Check in and out were SO fast and hotel stored luggage for us as flight didn't leave for a while. When you don't get the room cleaned, they leave fresh towels in a bag on the door handle. Location could not be better. Everyone makes at least 2 stops a day at the 7-11 on the bottom floor. Loved it here and would 100% stay again. The area is not sketchy - just a few drunk teenagers. No touts bothered my husband or I. He is 6 foot 2 and also had a comfortable stay. Very convenient. Very nice place. Thank you!"

"Great place to stay. Room is little small for north american standard, but ok. Mattresses are good. Our room had a balcony which was huge plus. Washroom nice and clean. No smells. Lack of light in the room, other than that no complaints. Cafe there has good quality food. Little robot meeting us at cafe door made our day. There are two of them. Would recommend the place. "

"This property was very conveniently located in Harajuku and easy to get to from the nearest train station. There are many restaurants and shopping options within minutes of the hotel. Though our room was small, the biggest challenge was the bed situation. It was fairly hard, but the pillows were very small and very hard. These need to be improved upon. Otherwise we would've slept better and wouldn't have felt overly tired due to lack of sleep and comfort. "
